 okeedoke just had Debbie rebuild the 1.4.2 docs
 http://postgis.net/docs/manual-1.4/

 and it has tooltips, but the old one doesn't.
 http://postgis.org/documentation/manual-1.4/

 I'm not sure if the old was built by Hudson or Paul when he was releasing.

 I'm not quite sure why they are different aside from revision number
 thing.

 strk, pramsey -- you're setup locally to build docs right?  Can you check
 and see if yours generates mouseovers on links?
