 Setup PostGIS devs as Debbie's slaves.

 It is much trickier with windows because of the nested authentication
 Windows has.

 Any dev user with a Linux/Unix we could setup as a slave I think.  I don't
 think java is required except for builidng the jdbc driver.

 I'll first get all her scripts in subversion first.  Who wants to
 volunteer being a slave, if I volunteer to read on slaving :)
