 Sorry, this is not entirely correct. Fusion Tables does not export
 incorrectly. I think that the source was wrong when uploaded to
 FusionTables but FusionTables is less picky about these errors. And when
 you export it does not change what you have uploaded.

 I still think PostGIS is a bit picky here.
