 Testing PostGIS 2.1.0beta3 on a 32-bit Ubuntu 13.04 (raring) yields one
 test failure on regress/topogeo_addlinestring (test_29).

 The build of PostGIS uses Ubuntu repository packages for all components,
 specifically GEOS (3.3.3) and GDAL (1.9.0), i.e.:

 sudo apt-get install build-essential postgresql-9.1 postgresql-server-
 dev-9.1 libxml2-dev libgeos-dev libgdal-dev libproj-dev libjson0-dev
 xsltproc docbook-xsl docbook-mathml
