 colivier,

 I see you already committed the patch.  Don't do that again for such a big
 patch that touches so many file.  Bborie fixed the build break for you out
 of the kindness of his heart at r11391 :)

 Really for something this huge psc and dev group should have had time to
 officially approve on the list and do a spot check before it went in.
