 I believe that there's an error on the doc page
 (http://postgis.net/docs/manual-2.1/postgis_installation.html): the script
 locations appear to be wrong for the topology scripts - those scripts are
 just located in the /share/contrib/postgis-2.1 directory now, not under
 /topology (at least on my machine).
