Recent updates to the patch include upgrade to the most recent
GeographicLib release (from 1.37 to 1.39), additions and refinement of
regression testings (where possible, using independent tests from
GeographicLib utilities), and amendment to documentation. More details are
included with individual commits on
[https://github.com/postgis/postgis/pull/27 github PR #27].
Before the patch gets too big, could this get a review?
