 Dear PostGIS team

 Find attached a patch adding GML output for the curve types
 (circularstring, compoundcurve, curvepolygon, multicurve, multisurface).
 Cunit and sql tests are provided as well. As it is my second PostGIS
 contribution (after 7 years break), please review carefully.
