 Can you provide a concise example of where _ST_DistanceTree differs from
 _ST_DistanceUncached? That is the old standard for "uh oh, we're screwed".
 I'm currently operating under the assumption that it is the cache logic
 that is wrong, and hope not to be disproved on that.
