 Robe I see 2 issues here:

  1. The same file (upgrade_prev_this.sql) is used for both micro and minor
 upgrades
  2. Drop of aggregates is forced rather than only performed if also
 performed by the input, like it's done for casts using sed script in
 Makefile.in
