New description:
Now that transifex translations are in full swing. It will be nice to see
these translating into pdfs and html docs.

Particularly the italian and french which are around 20% already.
So far on Debbie, I have installed the transifex client (tx), and looking
thru the pgrouting transifex scripts to glean any tips on how they do
their pulls.
I think the way strk has it in theory once I have the transifex
configuration files setup, it should be just a matter of setting up the
doc job to pull into doc folder and running the translation doc command he
has already.
