 postgis-2.1.1 fails to build on Debian kFreeBSD, because postgis doesn't
 recognize it a running a FreeBSD kernel.  This can be fixed easily with
 the provided patch. (Which applies to 2.1.1, but librtcore.h from trunk
 looks similar enough...)
