Comment(by robe):

 Rebuilt winnie with new drive and with Windows 2012 R2 x64 (old was
 windows 2003 x64).  So far so good.  Resetup Jenkins and just fixing some
 path issues since storing jenkins workspace (not on C anymore). Once we're
 done with that will proclaim success and remove the disclaimer from
 website.
