 I'm getting this failure on raster -- only one failing.

 Fails on  winnie. Goind to check my local dev to see if it fails.  As I
 recall it does.
 I think I have my environment variable right
 GDAL_DATA=path/to/gdal/share

 wher path/to is my gdal-1.11.0 installed location and I see the file in
 that folder.
