Comment:

 reopening.  I thought I was looking at a successful gdal 1.11.0 run but it
 was 1.10.0 I was looking at.  PostGIS doesn't seem to think I have
 gdal_data if I swap out my 1.10.0 with 1.11.0 either on winnie or my
 desktop.  Still could be something screwy with my setup or this error
 notice is saying the wrong thing.

 It would be nice if it output the GDAL_DATA path it thinks its using.
