 If I try to build SFCGAL on Ubuntu 12.04 or 14.04 with less than 3GB of
 RAM, it fails with the following:

 make[2]: *** [src/CMakeFiles/SFCGAL.dir/triangulatePolygon.cpp.o] Error 4]
 make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
 make[1]: *** [src/CmakeFiles/SFCGAL.dir/all] Error 2

 This is true both for 2.1 and trunk.
