 * milestone:  PostGIS 2.2.0 => PostGIS 2.3.0


Comment:

 Once we have a configure option to opt in/out of this, we'll include it.
 We may consider having it in 2.2.1 (but for now I'll push to 2.3.0) to get
 out of our 2.2.0 list.

 If you want to revise your patch to include a configure option (preferably
 defaulting to old static linking - at lease for 2.2.1) , that would be
 great.  If not I'll try to develop one after 2.2.0 release.
