 I'm running ST_Voronoi on lots of different multipoints and its very odd
 that sometimes very complex multipoints run successfully with very small
 tolerance settings while other very simple multipoints fail unless
 unusably high tolerances are set.

 Seems like there must be a bug here. Happy to help diagnose/provide
 failing/passing multipoint examples if someone will help fix it
