#3451: Schema-qualify table names to avoid search path confusion or "column does
not exist" error
-------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
  Reporter: mst | Owner: robe
      Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: medium | Milestone: PostGIS 2.2.2
 Component: tiger | Version: 2.2.x
geocoder | Keywords: table name, column does not exist,
Resolution: | schema
-------------------------+-------------------------------------------------

Comment (by mst):

Some addresses may not get located, returning the error. Original
assumption that this was only a problem with unlocatable addresses
appeared not to be the case. Renaming the other county table in the
database allowed more locations and null values to be correctly returned.
