 It would be nice to have a page with some basic rules for documentation
 style: MULTIPOLYGON vs multipolygon vs MultiPolygon, etc.  Looks like
 there may be some documentation volunteers at the Paris sprint, and having
 some of this written down might make it easier for folks to pitch in.  In
 addition, these standardizations could serve as a custom dictionary for a
 future spellcheck in "make check."
