 Now that we have our first ever window functions, http://postgis.net/docs
 /manual-dev/ST_ClusterDBSCAN.html and http://postgis.net/docs/manual-
 dev/ST_ClusterKMeans.html

 We need a bragging section for them.  That also means coming up with a
 convention in the function page to flag them as window funcs so that they
 get picked up by the xsl parser.
