 The PostGIS website failed because out of disk space.

 Same issue as last time I had this.

 the /etc/logs/jenkins/jenkins.log had built up to 30GB.

 I deleted it and reran chef.

 Have to put in logic to either delete the jenkins logs or rotate them.  I
 don't even know what they are for since they are workspace job logs.
