 Dan,

 Sounds like something up your alley.  Though I'm still not completely
 clear how this is different from the ST_GeometricMedian you put in place
 already https://postgis.net/docs/manual-dev/ST_GeometricMedian.html

 aside from the window function part.

 Anyway pushing this to 2.5.0 to clear the plate.
