 Unfortunately I have not been able to make cunit tests for ST_AsGeobuf (or
 ST_AsMVT). To me, it would significantly increase the complexity of the
 implementation. I know Paul would love to have cunit tests and I hate to
 disappoint so this has not been an easy/lazy desicion.

 Thanks for the info about your build on Debbie/Winnie, I'll investigate.
 Memory allocation is definitely an area where I might need to check and
 double check the logic.
