 Another idea would be to skip the upgrade test IF  upgrade is already
 tested due to RUNTESTFLAGS as passed by the user. Doesn't really allow
 running tests w/out upgrade step but would at least avoid duplicated tests
 during check_all_upgrades.sh ...
