Comment:

 This broke both Windows
 (https://winnie.postgis.net:444/job/PostGIS_EDB_Regress_winnie/10076/console)
 and FreeBSD builds
 (https://debbie.postgis.net/view/PostGIS/job/PostGIS_Worker_Run/label=bessie/1744/console).
 Maybe not all platforms are ready to have it on by default.

 Also, I think it needs to be added to CXXFLAGS too, since wagyu is built
 with them.
