 This is the Dockerfile for what we're using to test master:
 https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis-docker/src/branch/master
 /build-test/Dockerfile.trisquel2

 If anyone wants to have a try at upgrading proj send a pull-request there
 (or push directly).

 I'd also love to switch from Trisquel to a smaller image, like Alpine, if
 anyone wants to try that.
