 Multi-ordinate coordinate sequence functions like `GEOSCoordSeq_setXY`
 were made available in
 https://trac.osgeo.org/geos/changeset/4bc853900102ced2e4195194e54e974479a42cba/git

 They can be used in PostGIS as a minor optimization.
