 Another good reason to implement this: ability to have views listed in the
 topology.layer relation (although we'd have to decide how to represent
 which relation is the "official" relation containing TopoGeometries,
 because we do have the concept of "orphaned topogeometries" when the
 "official" relation [deploy target] doesn't contain topogeometry objects
 known by the "relation" table)
