New description:

 Looks like they've started to pour out the 2020 Tiger data.

 This time looks like they have an AllZip option for each state.

 Example:

 https://www2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2020PL/STATE/55_WISCONSIN/ALL_ZIPPED/

 Using this format I think will might make more sense than the individual
 county download approach.

 Though they still offer individual county

 https://www2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2020/

 For now sticking with original format.  I may decide to flip later.
