 I think this might only be an issue on winnie, and most likely has to do
 with GEOS changes.

 I'm guessing this started happening around Feb 15th or 16th or so
 unfortunately I have the logs delete if past 10 days and I haven't been
 paying close attention.

 Says GEOS 3.9.1dev (why the freak is this still 3.9.1dev is geos 3.9.1
 branch not flipped to 3.9.2dev)
