 Confirmed, as shown by commit
 [54858ec8a7a82843c8881192d754fc4d76f7b3d2/git] the line wrapping is
 actually *enforced* by weblate now (in that commit I approved a German
 string after references to PostgreSQL-9.4 were removed)

 I'm closing as "Fixed" as I believe this is now working correctly because
 the `gettext` addon was enabled.
