 The clang line is written by PGXS, could you attach the topology/Makefile
 and the PGXS file referenced in it ? {{{ grep ^PGXS topolgy/Makefile }}}

 Is 3.3 the oldest branch affected ? Could you test older stable branches
 too ?
 Is there any way to directly access the problematic system via ssh ?
