 Sorry I meant if you could reprodce at all.
 The very first top-level command is {{{ $(MAKE) $(NJOBS) }}} if I read
 correctly.
 That one alone should in turn build the comments under doc, are you sure
 you need the subsequent {{{ -C doc }}} ? Not that it matters for this bug
 report, but I'm wondering what I'm missing
