 Note that if you're looking for a workaround, uninstalling any raster
 object from the database could be done via the script uninstaller, which
 should be, for 3.2, installed in `$(pg_config
 --sharedir)/contrib/postgis-3.2/uninstall_rtpostgis.sql`
