 Refer to #5550 for the re-packaging of raster issue.

 As for the st_orderingequals issue we still weren't able to reproduce it
 and are lucking more info from the reporter (the questions posed from
 https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/5545#comment:11 onward). I would
 close this ticket as "worksforme" lacking feedback for another week.
