 With the code abouve this is the first error I always see

 XX000 message: Programmatic error ? Geometry of face 38716
 }}}

 Then I end with errorss like this

   Corrupted topology: face 559 could not be constructed only
 }}}

 The problem seems to frequent running higher tolerance, I am now using
 1e-04.
