 The link that was pointing to was never the census-geocoder, but it's
 probably good to have that link in case people want to compare outputs.

 The link it pointed at was to the actual data which looks to be here now:
 https://www2.census.gov/geo/tiger/

 You want to take a stab at giving a pull request to update these links,
 adding the geocoder one as well.
