 Sorry, apt.postgresql.org has so far not been in the business of shipping
 the whole GIS stack. We are using the system-provided libraries and just
 build postgis.

 We'll probably just stop building mobility (where this crash is happening
 in the testsuite) on Ubuntu jammy then.
