 I like the renamed idea to just rename it build-env and merge the two
 under gitea.  Yah the simularity between docker-postgis and postgis-docker
 always annoyed me.

 This is not our decision to make.  If you really want it, you should
 suggest it to @ImreSamu who has been doing 95% of the work on it.  Things
 live where it is most useful for the people doing the brunt of the work on
 it to work on it.
