 Since commit [fb915a6/git]

 GHA some runs CI at least (pg18-geosmain-gdal311-proj96,
 pg17-geos313-gdal39-proj94,pg16-geos312-gdal37-proj921, (pg19-geosmain-
 gdalmaster-proj98, tests)  ] have been failing but not all have been
 failing with:

 It doesn't seem isolated to coverage or tests or garden, but I do notice
 it is happening with those running gdal 3.7 or higher.  It is not
 happening on winnie or debbie though which are running the newest so
 presume it must be some extra compile switch maybe that GHA has triggering
 it.
