I will post a new versions as I compile them.
But IMHO it is probably more important to figure out
why you can not get it to compile.
FWIW
I am always running a very current < developers version of Cygwin >
but this should not make any difference and if it does I want to know
why so that I can alert the Cygwin team that it is time to make a new
release.
What problems are you encountering trying to build PostGIS ??
