[postgis-users] First attempt at generating maps

This uses PostGIS, populated with currently custom table contents,
derived from Tiger 2000 line data.  Next is to generate polygons and
store them in the database.

The eventual goal is to have this all fit, with all of the US roads,
in under 40 GB.  This will mean some custom data storage methods, yes,
as just the raw data just barely fits in 40 GB.
