[postgis-users] Is there a free source of geographic informations easy to load in postgis available?

I install postgis0.7.3 and i make a data base adding data and functions defined in
postgis.sql  and epsg in spatial_ref_sys.sql. But i need fill it with example data  to 
probe it.
Is there a free source of geographic informations easy to load in postgis available? 
Where can find it?
