[postgis] editor for docs?

XMetaL is excellent, but a bit pricey. It really is the only one I can
stand for extended periods of writing using docbook. I cannot believe
that there are still no decent XML editors out there for document-style
XML. One would think that with KDE using docbook as their doco standard
there would be a decent KDE xml editor.
