[postgis] metadata for itasca demo?

Anyone know where the airports data came from?  There are several 
airport themes mentioned at this site, however no shapefiles are listed 
as available.  In any case, it looks like the shapefile distributed with 
the mapserver demo might not have been derived from one of these as the 
attributes don't seem to match (see

If so, any idea where this actually came from?
