[postgis] metadata for itasca demo

Doh!  Turns out I had an old version of the demo (ms_demo.tar.gz from
v3.3?), not the one for mapserver 3.5 (itasca3.5.tar.gz).  In the newer
version there are metadata blocks for each layer, with a URL to the full
record listed under WMS_ABSTRACT, in demo.map.  It still looks like
no-one has a definitive answer where 'airports' came from....

METADATA
      WMS_TITLE "Airports"
      WMS_ABSTRACT "Airport runways for Itasca County."
      WMS_SRS "EPSG:26915"
END

The metadata records can be found at
http://deli.dnr.state.mn.us/metadata/full/.  See demo.map for the actual
URLs.
