[postgis-users] libs not copied during install

Coffee,
Since I do not have an autoconf set up yet (some day, some day) the only 
real option seems to be Makefile editing, and you already did that. I 
can macro-ize the references to 'make' if that will make it (ha, punny) 
any easyer.
