[postgis-users] Stat failed on file $libdir/postgis.dll

ERROR: Stat failed on file '$libdir/postgis.dll': no such file or directory

Hi guys, anyone come across this before.  I still hunting this one down,
I'm not sure what I broke.
I'm running the native windows postgis and this just started.  Hmm....  an
ideas?  I'm wondering if I loaded a bad postgis.sql?  Where does it
normally grab $libdir variable from?  Does it just use $PGLIB?
