Greetings. I'm aggregating some environmental data sets regarding coal 
waste. There is a need to have it spatially enabled and delivered 
through a web application that merges several data sets. It's not a 
particularly large or complicated project but I thought it might make 
an excellent university project. The product is for a citizen 
non-profit coalition and communities in which coal companies are 
dumping their unregulated toxic waste. Any developers interested in the
